30% deposit is required to secure all reservations, and is payable immediately upon booking of Villa. The booking process will indicate the amount of deposit required during the checkout process.
REFUND (More than 30 days notice)
If for any emergency or medical reasons a booking must be cancelled by you, then a full refund will be available on the condition that you let us know in writing, more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date of your booking.
REFUND (Less than 30 days but more than 15 days notice)
If for any emergency or medical reasons a booking must be cancelled by you more than fifteen days, but less than thirty days of your check-in date, then a refund to the maximum value of 50% of your paid price will be refunded.
REFUND (14 days or less notice)
If for any emergency or medical reasons a booking must be cancelled by you less than fourteen (14) days of your check-in date, then no refund will be issued for any amount paid.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have paid the deposit, or the full amount of the booking at the time of reservation. You will only be refunded either in full or part, for the total amount you have paid to Villa Sintra Bali. You are unable to claim any refund for amounts you have not paid.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund in the time frame indicated by our administration staff, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially refunded by your financial institute.
There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.
